3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Grid Auction, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not share API keys or account access with unauthorized parties

4. Subscription and Billing

Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Grid Auction, including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Grid Auction or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT: Grid Auction is a simulation and analytics platform. We provide tools for strategy testing and risk assessment, but:

  • We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice
  • Simulation results do not guarantee actual trading performance
  • The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Historical data accuracy is not guaranteed

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grid Auction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of Grid Auction is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy to provide and improve our services.

9. API Usage

If you use our API services, you agree to:

  • Respect rate limits and usage quotas
